Congratulations on Successfully Defended Doctoral Dissertation!

On February 29, at Ventspils University of Applied Sciences, tutor of the TSI double degree master’s programme “Aviation Management and Sustainability” and the director of the Aviation Department at Ministry of Transport of Republic of Latvia, successfully defended his doctoral thesis “State Support for Latvian Aviation”.
