Last week we officially kickstarted the new academic year with our freshmen. Youngsters solemnly became students of TSI, were greeted by the TSI government and explored campus and labs.
New students had multiple insightful activities during the week, including:
- lectures on trending tendencies in education, like ChatGPT tools,
- presentation about the student-driven start-ups and iDEAHUB innovation and entrepreneurship centre,
- Start-Up ideas competition between freshmen,
- guest lectures from our partners – Accenture Baltics, MSC Shared Service Center Riga, Swedbank – where students had an opportunity to inspire and to receive valuable knowledge from the industry point of view, and for that, we are expressing our great gratitude to our business partners.
Welcome week ended in a traditional Freshmen Initiation organised by TSI Student Council – fun outdoor activity followed by a party.
