About the program:
The If IT Trainee Program is designed to provide the essential knowledge and skills needed to begin a professional journey as a developer or tester. The program starts with foundational training to understand the basics of technology and continues with teamwork on significant technological solutions. Participants will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into working in the IT industry, which will give them a competitive edge in building their careers. At the end of the program, participants may receive a job offer and become full-time members of If’s technology team.

- Interviews: From November to December 16, 2024
- Program start date: February 3, 2025
- Program duration: 6 to 9 months
