On August 28, 2024, TSI Rector Juris Kanels proudly presented the Phd diploma in engineering to Zura Sansyzbayeva from Kazakhstan. Her doctoral dissertation, titled “Framework for International Sustainable Transport Corridors Modeling at the Early Stages of their Development”, was successfully defended on July 2, 2024. Zura’s research was supervised by Dr. sc. ing., Professor Mareks Mezitis, and Dr. habil. sc. ing., Professor Igors Kabaskins.
Ainur Akhmetova, the Third Secretary for Cultural and Humanitarian Cooperation at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Latvia, honored the diploma presentation ceremony with her presence and extended her best wishes for continued success.
