On January 26, the Dean of the Faculty of Transport and Management, Professor, Dr. Oec. Inna Stecenko was selected as a member of the Multidisciplinary Expert Scientific Advisory Group (MESAG) of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
Dr. Oec. Stecenko was awarded the opportunity that is only given to the top 17 specialists in the world. The TSI representative has been invited to the conference at the United Nations Centre in Bangkok, where the MESAG and the authors of First Global* will meet in parallel. During the conference directions and prospects will be approved, which will become the basis of the program on world geo development (GEO – 7).
UNEP is a leading instance in the UN concerning environment issues that improves environmental standards and practices helping to implement relevant obligations at the country, regional and global levels.
