Final of the “Cerību Kauss” chess tournament

This weekend, TSI hosted the final of the 50th chess tournament – Cerību Kauss, where children under the age of 13 competed in mastery.

Supporting the aspirations of young chess players, the competition was opened by TSI Rector Juris Kanels.

The strongest of the strongest young chess players in Latvia, as well as two teams from Tartu, participated in the competition, which is traditionally held in the Transport and Telecommunications Institute.
