The TSI student team Cultural Networking made a remarkable debut in the European CyberRace 2024 Capture The Flag (CTF) final competition, taking 8th place. This achievement qualifies them as Finalist Gold Teams, placing them among the competition’s top 4-8 teams.
This year, the European CyberRace 2024 was held in collaboration between the McLaren Racing Team and Cisco, and consisted of 4 stages – European CyberRace 2024 Learn-a-Thon, where TSI was invited to represent Latvia. This was followed by participation in the European CyberRace 2024 Sprint CTF, in which more than 50 teams took part, and the TSI team reached the finals of the European CyberRace 2024 CTF competition among the 12 best teams from across the EU. The TSI team was the only one from Latvia, highlighting the TSI team’s exceptional achievement in this prestigious event. The experience has been a fantastic adventure for everyone involved, showcasing the talent and determination of the TSI students.
