TSI participated in the entrepreneurship education conference GROWTH CODE (in Latvian – Izaugsmes kods) organized by JA Latvia, which was dedicated to the professional development of educators. The conference brought together around 500 educators from across Latvia, starting from preschool to vocational colleges, to gain new knowledge and inspiration for effective teaching approaches in the upcoming academic year.
The goal of the conference was to provide valuable insights from industry experts on trends in economics and education, to inspire educators with innovative solutions for teaching entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology in educational institutions.
TSI performed with two engaging presentations. The Vice-Rector for Academic and Research, Mihails Savrasovs, shared his insights on learning in the era of artificial intelligence, allowing the presentation to be led by TSI’s humanoid robot NAO, which enthralled the audience with its demonstration of technological capabilities, highlighting TSI’s leading role in the field of technology and innovation. Meanwhile, the Dean of the Transport and Management Faculty, Valerija Kozlova, introduced the latest marketing tools and the application of artificial intelligence in marketing.
