On December 16th, the 2nd stage of the Latvian Robotics Championship – TSI Robotics Tournament took place at TSI, in which more than 200 participants and 228 robots competed in 9 disciplines.
In a festive cheer, the tournament was opened by TSI’s mascot, the humanoid robot NAO. School and universities students from Latvia, the Baltics and other countries were also greeted by TSI’s vice- rector for academic and research – Prof. Dr. sc. ing. Mihail Savrasov, who expressed special gratitude to the teaching staff of robotics clubs and TSI partners who supported the tournament.
The TSI Robotics Club team participated with impressive success, winning 4 prizes in Lego disciplines!

The robotics tournament left an incredible, insightful impression. During the tournament, participants competed not only for prizes, but also for the opportunity to show their robotics skills. Overall, for the young engineers the robotics tournament was not only a test of preparation and abilities, but also an unforgettable experience that created new friends and inspiration for future projects!
