TSI CONSTITUTIONAL ASSEMBLY
The Constitutional Assembly is the university’s highest collegial academic, general staff and student representative body. It adopts and amends the TSI Constitution, elects the rector, the Senate, and the Academic Arbitration Court.
The university staff elects the Constitutional Assembly by secret ballot of 50 members following the procedure specified in the Law on Universities. The Constitutional Assembly brings together 30 academic staff, 10 general staff, and 10 student representatives.

TSI SENATE
The Senate is the collegial highest academic decision-making body of the university, which is responsible for the excellence, development and compliance of the university’s education, research, creative activity and compliance with internationally recognized quality standards.
The Senate regulates the university’s academic, creative and scientific activities. Within the autonomy of the university, the Senate protects and ensures the academic freedom of the academic staff and students.

ACADEMIC ARBITRATION COURT
The Academic Arbitration Court examines the submissions of students and academic staff regarding restrictions or violations of academic freedom and rights stipulated in the TSI Constitution. The arbitration court examines disputes between TSI officials, as well as administrative institutions of structural units that are in a subordinate relationship.
