TSI invites  to the seminar cycle “Building Sustainable Collaboration in Logistics: Trends, Resilient Supply Chains and Smart Decision Making”

On the 7th and 8th of December, 2022, the Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI) invites representatives and specialists of the logistics industry, as well as companies that want to create successful cooperation opportunities, to the practical seminar cycle “Building Sustainable Collaboration in Logistics: Trends, Resilient Supply Chains and Smart Decision Making.”

The seminar will be conducted by Aleksandrs Kotļars, TSI lecturer, director of the bachelor’s study programme “Transport and Business Logistics” and head of the sales department of GEFCO Baltic.

The aim is to enhance knowledge and skills on how to make sustainable cooperation with logistics service providers, improve communication and presentation skills, as well as teach participants in multi-criteria decision-making, incl. methodology and practical application.

Participants will develop the following skills and knowledge:

  • Market of logistics service providers, services, and pricing
  • Building cooperation and preparing procurement tenders
  • Multi-criteria decision-making
  • Presentation and communication skills

In the end, participants will receive a certificate.
