During this period there was submitted and accepted for publishing the article devoted to the literature review of the scientific researches on the cost approach within the smart city concept, indexed in Scopus database. The article will be published in journal Economic Annals-XXI, 2020, Vol. 183, Issue 5-6, ISSN 1728-6239 (Online), ISSN 1728-6220 (Print). The journal is indexed in Scopus (CiteScore 2019: 1.4); ESCI (byWoS), Clarivate (Scimago Journal & Country Rank (SJR)); EBSCOhost; Index Copernicus; Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory; C.E.E.O.L.; INFOBASE INDEX; RSCI; ERIH PLUS.
Besides it, there started investigation of such dimensions of Smart City as Ecology (Waste Management and Circular Economy) and Education. There was published a scientific article and made the presentations on the topics in Ukraine (Kiev) and Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek, Tokmok) There also started the research of such components of Smart City as Payment Systems and Intellectual Capital.
