ABSTRACT

Digital marketing is essential in the competitive travel and tourist industry in drawing consumers, increasing interaction, and improving brand awareness. Using mixed techniques including surveys, interviews, and literature studies, this study investigates digital marketing tactics specifically for Uzbekistan's travel businesses. Important results expose areas of weakness in using key strategies including content marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing. Among the recommendations are focused social media campaigns, improved SEO/SEM methods, segmented email marketing, and mobile optimisation. These techniques seek to increase customer involvement, confidence, and business development by offering travel agency managers practical advice on how to flourish in the digital age.
