The Baltic-American Freedom Fund (BAFF) invites students or recent university graduates to apply for a professional internship program scholarship, which provides an opportunity to gain international work experience by working in a company or institute in the USA for a period of 8 months to one year and receiving a full scholarship.
The scholarship is open to full-time final year undergraduate students, full-time master’s or doctoral students, and recent graduates who are interested in gaining international work experience and want to improve their competitiveness in the job market. Participation in BAFF programs is free, scholarship recipients are selected on a competitive basis. After completing the program, participants return to Latvia to use the knowledge gained and contribute to the development of the Baltic region.
