The Bachelor thesis consists of 4 parts, the aim of which is to analyse the impact of management on team effectiveness in different industries. The first part will help to understand the main aspects of management, such as motivational techniques, conflict resolution, management skills development and the impact of organisational culture on the work environment. The second part analyses case studies of successful leaders. The third part explains the methodology and limitations of the study. The fourth part analyses three leaders and their team to find out what influences effective team performance.
