Personnel training is crucial for enhancing organizational performance and achieving strategic objectives. Evaluating training programs involves analyzing the knowledge gained, skills acquired, and overall employee development. This evaluation helps determine whether financial investments in training are justified and predicts the rationality of further investments.This research aims to evaluate training programs in airlines, focusing on their unique training systems and developing recommendations for improvement. The study has three main objectives:• Explore theoretical aspects of personnel training systems in modern enterprises, emphasizing the concept of a learning organization.• Analyze and evaluate existing personnel training programs through case studies of two organizations.• Develop recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of personnel training systems.The analysis of theoretical aspects and existing training systems highlights current strengths and weaknesses. Based on these insights, specific recommendations have been developed to improve personnel training programs. These guide HR managers in optimizing training practices and fostering continuous improvement, enhancing individual performance, and contributing to the organization's strategic objectives.

The first chapter discusses various theories and mechanisms of motivation, providing a theoretical framework for understanding employee motivation systems. The second chapter offers a deep analysis of motivation systems employed in Wellton Hotels, evaluating their effectiveness and proposing improvements based on the findings. Through theoretical analysis, empirical research, and surveys, the author of the study recommends improving motivational programs and employee satisfaction levels, offering specific practical recommendations to enhance the motivational environment and improve overall service quality.

Special emphasis is placed on motivation within the organizational context, with examples showcasing successful enhancements in employee motivation.The thesis discusses various research methods and procedures pertinent to employee motivation within the organization. Detailed analysis of the company's operations and motivation system is conducted, identifying key features and undertaking a comprehensive review of current employee incentive methods. Additionally, it delineates conditions and different types of research methodologies concerning the company's motivation system, as well as outlining the methodology for analyzing employee survey results.The study meticulously analyzes all aspects of the existing motivation system within the company. Drawing upon the survey results and findings, considerable attention is devoted to enhancing motivation and formulating pertinent recommendations for enhancing the company's motivation system management.
