Best practices for enhancing customer centricity through digital solutions

The first part of the thesis considers the concept of a customer-centric approach and the best practices of digital solutions for achieving this approach through an improved customer experience.In the second part of the thesis, the data-driven decision-making method is discussed, as well as the existing tools for analysing data and matrices for evaluating customer success. Furthermore, it examines the successful implementation of digital solutions to enhance customer experience at companies such as Netflix and Spotify.The third part of the thesis is devoted to an analysis of the Latvian online food delivery market. The analysis includes an examination of the current market situation, the identification and comparison of the main players on the market, and an identification of the needs and expectations of users. In the fourth part of the thesis, the findings of the previous sections are used to identify the best practices for digital solutions to improve the customer experience in online food delivery applications. In addition, the possible aspects to meet user needs are identified and recommendations are made.

Comparative analysis of national AML/CFT laws in Latvia and Finland.

This bachelor's thesis analyses the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws in Latvia and Finland with a focus on their compliance with European Union standards and international recommendations provided by FATF. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide recommendations for improving AML/CFT practices in Latvia by comparing the national and external legal requirements of both countries. The study emphasises the importance of AML/CFT regulations for the protection of the financial sector in the context of growing technological advances and increasing crime risks. The study methodologically includes a careful analysis of six European Union AML/CFT directives, two regulations and the relevant AML/CFT laws of Latvia and Finland. The results of the study emphasise the importance of historical and economic factors for the success of AML/CFT measures, therefore, it is proposed to improve Latvia's AML/CFT system based on Finnish best practices.

Digital Marketing Activities of the "Lowine" Company

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to offer “Lowine” wine bar different, digital marketing activities to attract customers. These activities will be developed based on literature review, interview with expert, potential customer survey, best practices wine bars and wine restaurants in Latvia and in the United States of America. The research results can be useful for the marketing managers of the wine bars (category of mean sum 40-50EUR in the Baltics capitals).The recommendations developed by the author of this bachelor thesis is aimed to engage the customers, increase business activity and improve a small enterprise business performance. The practical significance of this study lies in providing small business owners with valuable insights into the effective use of e-marketing.
