This bachelor thesis analyses the strategic planning of Antiks Paint Ltd. and its impact on the competitiveness and financial stability of the company in the ship repair and construction industry. The thesis provides a theoretical insight into the meaning of strategic planning and its role in the development of the company, as well as analyses different methods of analysis.The study provides an in-depth analysis of the activities of Antiks Paint Ltd., including the company's background information, organisational structure and current strategic planning. The company's financial performance is thoroughly assessed and interviews are conducted with the company's management to gain a deeper understanding of the current challenges and opportunities.The third chapter of the thesis develops a strategic plan, which sets out concrete actions to improve the company's performance and competitiveness. The thesis concludes with conclusions and proposals based on the analysis, proposing solutions for sustainable growth and improvement of the company's market position.The result of this work is a practical strategic planning plan that will help Antiks Paint Ltd to improve its competitiveness and financial performance in a changing business environment.

EVALUATION OF SIA "FARITOUR" ACTIVITY ON THE MARKET OF TOURIST SERVICES

This bachelor thesis studies the Latvian tourism market and analyses the company, including the following main aspects:1. Study of the activity of the chosen company.2. Marketing strategies: Evaluate the marketing strategies used and their impact on the attractiveness of the company to potential customers.3. Business performance: Assessment of key business performance indicators.4.Development opportunities.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the performance of a travel agency in order to determine the effectiveness of planned changes and their impact on the company's positioning in the tourism market, as well as to identify opportunities for the development of the travel agency and to determine the factors that will influence these results. The research methodology includes a literature review and the collection and analysis of company data, as well as the application of various financial methods and ratios to assess the company's financial position and prospects. The results obtained will allow conclusions to be drawn on the current situation and development prospects of Faritour Ltd, and recommendations to be made for optimising its financial performance.

Assessment of the investment attractiveness of a Low-Cost Airline

The current study aims to assess the investment attractiveness of low-cost airline company based on the analysis of its financial performance.To achieve the research aim, the following research objectives are set;1. To study the role of investments in the development of the aviation industry in a rapidly changing environment. 2. To examine traditional appraisal techniques that can be used to assess investment attractiveness of a company and develop assessment methodology which can be applicable to the case company.3. To analyze the case company current financial position and define the main factors influencing the company’s investment attractiveness. 4. To apply the assessment methodology and evaluate the investment attractiveness of the case company.5. To provide recommendations for improving the investment attractiveness of the case company.Research base is the EasyJet Ltd airline. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify digital marketing activities for an online car-selling platform. Activities will be developed through a potential customer survey, industry best practices comparison, and industry trend identification via start-up analysis, ultimately leading to the formulation of recommendations for marketing managers of car online marketplaces in Europe.Suggestions for the implementation of a digital marketing program on an online car-selling platform, developed by the author of this bachelor's thesis, are aimed at attracting new customers, increasing activity on the platform, and improving performance. The practical significance of this study is to provide small business owners with valuable insights into the effective use of digital marketing. The findings of the study can be useful for small and large business owners to develop effective advertising strategies and improve their financial performance.
