Analysis of modern forms of sales and their adaptation to the specifics of telecommunications business

In today's world, with the rapid development of digital technologies and growing competition in the market of telecommunication services, companies are forced to adapt their sales strategies, introducing innovative approaches and modern forms of interaction with customers. This thesis is devoted to the analysis of modern forms of sales, their impact on consumer behaviour and possibilities of adaptation to the specifics of telecommunications business.The study examines various forms of sales, such as e-commerce, omnichannel sales, the use of artificial intelligence and automated systems in sales processes, and personalised marketing. Particular attention is paid to analysing key trends in telecommunications sales, including the digital transformation of the customer experience, the development of self-service and the use of big data to predict customer needs.The practical significance of the work lies in the development of a comprehensive action plan and its financial justification for strengthening customer relationships, as well as making recommendations for optimising sales strategies for telecommunications companies, based on a survey, interviews and data analytics.
