Possibilities of introducing the principles of sustainable development into the company's marketing concept

In the first chapter the basic principles of sustainable development in business will be described, as well as a role of marketing in its realization, how it affects the company, how they are connected. What challenges while implementing sustainable development the company can meet, how it affects it and how they correspond each other.The second chapter is going to be focused on the clothing retail in Latvia, what is the geographic distribution of it, how it is structured. What features Latvian companies use, in order to attract customers. And how now the consumer understand the word sustainability, how they understand the importance of it. The third chapter will provide the basic information and the history of the company. How well the company is competitive in comparison with other companies. How the company is familiar with principles of sustainable development and how the company applies them.The fourth chapter will be about the defining project goals for company, how “APRANGA” company can plan an implementation of sustainable development principles into the marketing concept. Will try to formulate the new marketing concept with a consideration of sustainable development principles.

Aspects of the modern frameworks of employment

The first part of the thesis considers the concept of variations in aspects of modern employment and its peculiarities. In addition, the genesis of the most important historical events that changed the history of global employment is provided.The second part of the thesis describes the concept of hybrid employment, its meaning, and its role in modern employment.The third part of the thesis examines the general use of hybrid employment models by employers in Latvia. In addition, relying on expert data, a decision-making method using already existing data processing methods. The data obtained in the work are used to conclude the application of the hybrid work method in Latvia to improve the experience of both employers and employees in this field.

Research on Software Development Aspects Using node.js Technology

To explore the aspects of software development, an application was created using Node.js and NestJS to build a REST API. This API integrates Google Natural Language AI to analyze submitted user reviews. The application includes multiple REST API endpoints that can process, analyze, and aggregate user review data. Performance measurements were conducted, analyzing event loop latency, memory and CPU usage, and other key metrics. MongoDB was used for data storage. The work also includes API and its performance evaluation. The system was tested to ensure it meets the set criteria and provides practical application.

Development of a barista robot system

The bachelor thesis consists of 4 chapters, the purpose of which is to create the concept of a robotic barista system.In the first chapter, the process of making coffee is considered in detail, existing solutions for robotization and automation of this process are studied.In the second chapter, the concept of a robotic barista is proposed, the functions that the system should fulfil are developed and a comprehensive algorithm for the operation of such a system is developed.In the third chapter all the components suitable for barista robot system are selected and described and an electrical circuit diagrams of the system is developed.In the fourth chapter, a model of the system and its components is created, and robot actions are shown.

Abstract This master thesis has aimed to develop conceptual approach to build marketing strategy for oil and gas industry’s company by maximizing market opportunities developing stakeholder engagement, as well as ensuring long-term sustainability.To rich the aim of the research the following research objectives have been solved in this study:● To examine current market trends, based on 4P’s, regulatory frameworks, as well as emerging opportunities based on literature review, studying best practices, and interviewing marketing management professionals.● To address untapped market segments by assessing competitor strategies to inform strategic positioning with differentiation. ● Develop a conceptual approach to build a robust 4Ps marketing strategy utilizing digital technologies to improve brand awareness as well as strengthen the loyalty of all stakeholders such as investors, customers.
