Due to the rapid changes in consumer behaviour and incoming of competitors in the hotel industry, the hotels must uti-lize and implement digital marketing movements to effectively reach the potential consum-er base. The study investigates overall outlook and ongoing circumstances in the tourism and hospitality industry of Sri Lanka. Use the research methods including best practices comparison and Survey, the Writer aims to identify and suggest digital marketing activities for the resort to improve engagement with its consumers and drive more sales through en-hancement of its online presence and digital marketing efforts.
